The occasion brought together graduates, families, and well-wishers for a delightful afternoon of seasonal indulgence, laughter, and community bonding. A Festival Honouring the Bounty of Bangladesh Bangladesh’s rich assortment of summer fruits is a gift of nature, and the Fruit Festival embraced this gift wholeheartedly. Long tables beautifully decorated with baskets of fruits welcomed participants to a feast that included: • Juicy mangoes of multiple varieties • Sweet pineapples • Refreshing watermelons • Lichis, jackfruit, guavas, and bananas • Local favourites like blackberries, palm fruit, and more Each fruit station offered a slice of nostalgia, reminding many of childhood summers spent enjoying these seasonal delights. A Gathering of Smiles and Stories Members of the KUGCL community—both senior graduates and young professionals—came together in a setting that fostered camaraderie and connection.
